Though it kills me to do it I just can't justify keeping her.

1977 San Juan 24, 2000 Nissan 9.8 long shaft outboard, new standing 
rigging and mast in 2000. Seven sails; 1 main, 4 jibs, 1 set storm 
sails. Garmin 162 gps/plotter, compass, depth, speed. two batteries 
Micro w/inverter, CD stereo, Port-o-potty. Hull paint is original, 
some scratches and marks from the dock. On the hard for the winter in 
Saybrook, CT. No trailer. $4000 or best offer.
