Re: ventilation and mildew / moisture

I live in Spokane and the boat is in Northern Idaho. The temperature
has been fluctuating quite a bit lately and it sure has produced a
lot of moisture in the boat which all summer long stayed perfectly
dry.

I'm thinking of putting some type of vent on my acrylic hatch but I
couldn't find one I liked at West Marine today. I don't like the
idea of having an obsticle on that part of the deck. I wish I could
find one that I could replace the vent with a flat plate while
sailing.
